DANCE I've been taking dance for about 12 years, but that doesn't mean I'm good. I started dance when I was 2 at the local YMCA. From there, I moved to Pat Riddle School of Dance, and stayed there for 5 years. Then, moved to Body Motion Performing Arts (now called Artistic Grace), and I'm currently still dancing there. I've had to cut down on my classes, but I've taken some stuff like Ballet (ugh), Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Swing, Modern, and Irish Step. I like it all, but I particularly like tap, swing and lyrical. I won a scholarship at the Dupree Dance Expo when I was about nine for tap, and have gone to lots of other conventions, like Manhattan Dance Project, where big names like Chet Walker (producer of FOSSE) taught a small class.
